Practical Information

Tickets

You can find your tickets in your email inbox or by logging in to eventim.no. When purchasing tickets, standard terms and conditions for ticket purchases apply. The program and ticket sales can be found on the homepage and on our Facebook and Instagram.

Cloakroom

We have a staffed cloakroom which costs 50,- per person. It is also possible to prepay for the cloakroom with Vipps by scanning the QR code available in the queue.

Seating

At a standing concert, seating is available in the gallery when it is open. There is a limited number of seats. These seats are unnumbered and cannot be reserved, so come early.

First-come-first-served applies! At a seated concert, it's also first-come-first-served. It is stated at each event whether it is seated/standing/if the gallery is open.

Accessibility

Byscenen has an elevator right inside the entrance and separate HC restrooms.

Guardianship 

We have our own guardianship arrangement at all concerts at Byscenen (unless otherwise stated). The minimum age limit is 15 years, you must be over 25 and can be a guardian for a maximum of 3 people. You purchase tickets as usual, inform security/staff at the entrance upon arrival, and you'll receive a guardianship form to sign at the entrance.

Remember that it is not allowed to buy alcohol for minors, and the guardian must be sober during the event.
